Hello! AniTX is a platform for anime lovers, it is a fun place to share artwork, discussions, recommendations, reviews, and more.

Key Terms; Good to Know

  • Content Responsibility: You are responsible for the content you post on AniTX.
  • AI Training & Web Scraping: You must not scrape, collect, or use data from AniTX and its users to train AI models or for any other purpose.
  • Termination Rights: You may terminate this agreement by deleting your account. We may also terminate this agreement by suspending your account.
  • Refund Policy: You may request a partial refund within specified days of your initial purchase and first-time subscription.
  • Age Requirements: You must be at least 14 years old to use AniTX.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and AniTX. They govern your use of AniTX and the services, features, and content we offer. By using AniTX, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use AniTX.

1) Privacy Policy

We describe our practices regarding your personal information we collect, use, and share in our Privacy Policy.

2) Community Guidelines

We wanted to make sure that AniTX is a safe and welcoming place for everyone. To help us do that, we need you to strictly follow these rules and Community Guidelines.

2.1) Your Posts

You are responsible for the content you post on AniTX. Including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

2.2) Your Safety

We care about your safety. We encourage you to be cautious when interacting with others on AniTX. We recommend that you do not share personal information with others on AniTX. If you believe you have found content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, please report it using the report feature. You may be exposed to content that is inaccurate, offensive, or harmful. We are not responsible for the content you encounter on AniTX.

2.3) AI Training & Data Collection

YOU MUST NOT SCRAPE, COLLECT, OR USE DATA FROM ANITX OR ITS USERS TO TRAIN AI MODELS OR FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE. WE WILL NOT GRANT YOU ANY KIND OF PERMISSION FOR DATA SCRAPING OR SIMILAR AUTOMATED DATA COLLECTION METHODS ON ANITX.

3) Your Account

  • Termination Rights: You have rights to terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account and discontinuing your use of AniTX. We may also terminate this agreement at any time by suspending or terminating your account or access to AniTX.
  • Responsibility: You are responsible for your account's credentials and keeping your account secure. You may not share your account with others or allow others to access your account.
  • Violations: If we find that you have violated our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, we may suspend or terminate your account or access to AniTX.
  • Misuse: You agree that you will not misuse AniTX, including but not limited to: using AniTX for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including without limitation to forging TCP-IP packet header or email headers; or attempting to gain unauthorized access to AniTX or its related systems or networks. Web scraping, data scraping, or similar automated data collection methods are not allowed on AniTX without our permission this also refer to using data to train AI as mentioned in (Section 2.9). Interfering with AniTX operations, such as by introducing DDOS attacks, malicious upload, injecting malicious code, or attempting to exploit vulnerabilities, all with bad intent is not allowed and newly discovered vulnerability must be reported to us immediately via email privately.

3.1) Age Requirement

  • You must be at least 14 years old to use AniTX. If you are under the age of 14, you may not use AniTX. If we find that you are under the age of 14, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and our policy.

4) Copyright & Intellectual Property

4.1) Ownership

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you post on AniTX. You grant AniTX a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your content.
  • AniTX Content: AniTX owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the AniTX platform and services, including all associated intellectual property rights. You may not use AniTX's logos, trademarks, or other brand assets in any way that implies affiliation with AniTX without our permission.

4.2) Copyright Infringement

  • Reporting: If you believe that your work (not limited to: Artwork, Music, Logo...) has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please contact via email or our discord server.
  • Repeat Infringers: AniTX will terminate the accounts of users who have been determined to be repeat infringers.

4.3) DMCA Compliance

  • Copyright owners may send AniTX a notice if they believe their work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement. AniTX will respond to all valid DMCA takedown notices via [email protected] (subject line "DMCA Takedown Request"), Your notice must include the following information: a description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed; a description of the content you believe infringes your copyright; your contact information; a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted work is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

5) Paid Services

5.1) Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may request for a partial refund within specified days of your initial purchase if you are eligible.
  • You are eligible for a refund if you are a first-time subscriber and only have single successful transaction history.
  • You are not eligible for a refund if you have requested or received a refund in the past.
  • Refund Amount (Monthly): Within 7 days; The refund amount will be decreased by 1/7th for each day after the first day. For example, if you request a refund on the 4th day, you will receive a refund of 4/7th or half of the total amount paid.
  • Refund Amount (Annually): Within 14 days; The refund amount will be decreased by 1/14th for each day after the first day. For example, if you request a refund on the 7th day, you will receive a refund of 7/14th or half of the total amount paid.

5.2) Subscription Benefits

  • Subscriptions provide additional features and benefits on AniTX. These benefits may change over time, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue them at any time without prior notice; Full benefits listing is always available on anitx.co/premium.

5.3) Payment Information

  • Payment information is processed securely by our payment processor Lemon Squeezy. We do not store or process your payment credentials on our system. You may update your payment information at any time through your account settings. The billing statement will show "LEMSQZY* ANITX" as the merchant for your subscription.

7) Liability & Disclaimers

7.1) Service Availability

We try our best to provide an uninterrupted service, but we cannot guarantee that AniTX will always be available, reliable, or error-free. AniTX make no warranties and will disclaim all warranties and liabilities for: security, reliability, timeliness, and performance of AniTX; and any harm to your computer system, loss of data, or other harm that results from your access to or use of AniTX. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANITX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ANITX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN ANITX WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF ANITX WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

7.2) Limitation of Liability

ANI​TX IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANITX, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES (THE "ANI​TX PARTIES") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF ANITX, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE ANITX, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ANITX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE ANI​TX PARTIES' LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID ANITX IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS. THE LIMITATIONS OF DAMAGES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN ANITX AND YOU. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THE DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN ANITX AND YOU. ANITX WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE ANI​TX WITHOUT SUCH LIMITATIONS. UNDER FEDERAL LAW, IF YOU KNOWINGLY MISREPRESENT THAT ONLINE MATERIAL IS INFRINGING, YOU MAY BE SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL PROSECUTION FOR PERJURY AND CIVIL PENALTIES, INCLUDING MONETARY DAMAGES, COURT COSTS, AND ATTORNEYS’ FEES.

8) Changes to Terms of Service

AniTX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on AniTX. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes which will always be available at anitx.co/tos. If you continue to use AniTX after we have posted changes to these Terms, you are agreeing to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using AniTX.
